Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari will lay the foundation stone of four National Highway projects in the Telangana on Saturday. The ceremony, to be held in Hyderabad Public School grounds in Ramnathapur, will be attended by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.
Costing Rs. 1,523 crore, these projects include six laning of Aramgarh-Shamsabad section of NH 44 between Hyderabad and Bangalore, rehabilitation and upgradation of NH 765D from Hyderabad outer ring road to Medak, construction of 4-lane flyover at Amberpet-X Roads, and construction of 6-lane elevated corridor from Uppal to Narapally on the Hyderabad-Bhopalpatnam section of NH 163.
