Telangana activists distributed sweets in public garden mosque. Mr. Gaddar gave sweets to Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily. Present on this occasion were a large number of people including Mr. Tariq Quadri, Mr. Husain Shaheed, Mr. Khalid Rasool Khan, Prof. Anwar Khan, Mr. B. Yadagiri, Mr. Sanaullah Khan, Mr. Pujari Narasingh Rao, etc.
Addressing on this occasion, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan told that more than one thousand people committed suicide for the formation of separate Telangana State. Four crore people of Telangana cannot forget the sacrifices of the students. He further told that it is necessary to impart justice to all the sections of society. The greatest danger for smaller state is that of communal violence. Telangana region is rich in natural resources but backwardness is a major issue.
He also told that communal forces might implement their evil designs to suppress and exploit weaker section. We have to get ready to face this challenge. He appeal to the people of Telangana to become active for providing equal opportunities to the all the people.
Revolutionary poet Mr. Gaddar congratulated Telangana people on the occasion of passing of T-bill in Parliament. He demanded the Central Govt. to provide special economic package to Telangana as it has done to Seema Andhra. Telangana State should be declared as a Tax Free State for five years. He told that it is necessary to eradicate the injustices done in the past. The extraordinary monopoly of Andhra Capitalists made Telangana region economically backward. He told that it is necessary to ensure proper utilization of the natural resources of this region.
