Balladeer Gaddar today demanded that the Centre expedite the process of setting up of a separate High Court for Telangana Stat. Extending solidarity to Telangana Advocates who staged a protest at Nampally court premises here, Gaddar sought to know why the Centre is delaying a key decision that is needed in this regard. The Centre seems to be ignoring the plight of the people of the region, he said.
He sought the intervention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Supreme Court, to settle the issue at the earliest. Despite Telangana getting statehood after a political decision, issue related to separate high court is yet to be finalized, he deplored.(NSS)
