G20 Summit: Saudi Arabia likely to increase investments in India

New Delhi: The G20 summit seems to bring investments from Saudi Arabia according to experts who have speculated the meeting between PM Modi and the Saudi Crown Prince ended on a good note.

According to experts in India, Saudi Arabia will increase its investments in several sectors including technology, farm, and energy over the next couple of years.

The two men met on the sidelines of the G20 conference in Buenos Aires and are reported to have agreed to increase economic cooperation during the summit, HT reports.

“We expect that in the next 2 to 3 years there will be significant scaling up of Saudi investments in India,” said Indian foreign secretary Vijay Gokhale who revealed points into the ongoing summit.
