To eliminate Muslim backwardness scholarships to the tune of Rs. 60 to 80 lakh is distributed every year by Siasat daily. This was released by Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan while addressing his felicitation function held by Senior Citizen Welfare society in Nizamabad.
Mr. Khan claimed that educational backwardness is major obstacle hindering the growth of Muslims. Hence Siasat has undertaken the task of eliminating educational backwardness among Muslims and because of Siasat scholarships thousands of students are becoming doctors, engineers and many others are excelling in other professions.
