Job Description:
4-10 years of overall experience with HCM Applications (EBS/PSFT/Fusion/others)
At least 3 end to end implementation engagements
Hands-on experience with implementation of at least two of the Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation Management, Absence Management
Good understanding of HCM Business Processes, BI Reporting, HCM Extracts
Sound understanding of Data Migration/Conversion, Integration and Extension methodology and the impact thereof
Good understanding of Fusion Middleware technology stack and components BEPL, SOA, ADF, BPM etc
Strong customer handling skills
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to project situations and play roles as per project requirements
Willingness to Travel
