Administrative officers of various state universities in TS are worried since the state government has not yet released development funds to these universities.
Vice Chancellors of 11 universities in TS had called on the newly appointed Secretary of Education Mr. B. Janardhan and appealed to ensure the release of funds by the end of the financial year.
V.C of O.U mentored that TS Govt. has to release Rs. 60 crore. If it is not released, it will lapse.
Prof. S.V. Satyanarayana, V.C of Telugu University also complained that the construction works pertaining to Boys’ hostel and Administrative building are in progress.
If amounts are not released before 31st March, these works have to be stopped.
