Hyderabad, January 05: Organised by the commerce department of the college, this fest is open to all the undergraduate and postgraduate college students of the city. One of the most awaited college fests of the city, Arthashastra, has a wide variety of events in store for the students. Right from serious competitions like ‘Mock Stock Exchange’ and ‘Mr and Miss CEO’, students can also have some fun participating in the treasure hunt competition. This is not all. The quadrangle of the college will be lined up with various games equipments like air hockey and the foosball table, making it look like a mini games arcade. Also, to tickle the taste buds, the college has arranged for a food court that would satiate the hungry bellies after the aforementioned intense competitions. The food court includes anything and everything — right from crispy dosas to mouth-watering pizzas, and a lot more for the sweet tooth too. Other fun activities would include a performance by a hip hop dance group named Gridlock.
Also, the students can dance to the tunes of a DJ, who will play the latest numbers. Sunny Khandelwal from Mighty Events will be your emcee for the day. Lastly, the valedictory ceremony of the fest will be graced by the presence of former badminton player Pullela Gopichand.
