The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) is organsing Bankers Conclave on May 23 and 24 at the Federation House at Red Hills, here. The Conclave is supported by Small Industries Development Bank of India, Central Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad and State Bank of India.
Etela Rajender, Minister for Finance and Planning, will be inaugurating the Conclave and Jupally Krishna Rao, Minister for Industries, will be the guest of Honour. Pradeep Chandra, IAS, Special Chief Secretary (Finance) would deliver the key-note address. Besides, APSFC managing director Dr Krishna Mohan, Principal Chief General Manager, RBI and Chairman, Ombudsman Sandeep Chowdhry, EEO Credit Guarantee Trust Scheme, SIDBI, Mumbai will be distinguished guests.
Addressing the media on Tuesday, Shiv Kumar Rungta said the two-day event consists of a daylong seminar on “Financial Opportunities for MSME Sector” and one-to-one interaction with the bankers. Over 300 delegates are expected to participate in the seminar, he added. Rungta said the MSMEs are the substantial contribution to the national GDP, better trade prospects and huge employment generation opportunities for a large section of the population.
An important feature of the Conclave is that eminent senior officials of bankers such as SIDBI, SBH, SBI, Canara Bank, Central Bank APSFC Bankers and financial institutions are available at the Stalls to provide the required information on the credit facilities , procedure formalities to observed for applying for the loans and the project proposals from the entrepreneurs are invited for perusal of the Bankers and fit proposals will be given in principal sanctioned letters to the entrepreneurs during the Concave.
