Fruit Raita

Ingredients:

• 2 large Bananas (peeled and sliced)
• 2 large Oranges (peeled)
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
• 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
• 140 ml Plain Yogurt
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Salt

Procedure:

• Mix sugar, pepper, chili powder, salt and curd together.
• Add the bananas, oranges to the above-made curd and mix together.
• Serve cold.
