Fresh tremors in Bihar, West Bengal

Two days after a massive earthquake shook Nepal and Northern India, Bihar and West Bengal witnessed fresh tremors at around 6.20 pm on Monday.

The epicentre and the magnitude of the earthquake are yet to be ascertained.

Saturday’s earthquake, which measured 7.9 on the Richter scale, resulted in the deaths of over 3,200 people in Nepal, while 59 people were killed in India.

The calamity, one of the worst in over 80 years, was followed by 55 aftershocks. (ANI)
