An Indian and a French man have been arrested here for alleged involvement in drug trafficking, police said Monday.
Around 470 grams of ‘charas’ and three grams of MDMA powder were seized from them. This was valued at Rs.1.5 lakh in the domestic market.
The two were identified as Abhay Chand Gupta, 37, of Faridabad, and Jeremy Grasset, 31, a French national residing in Defence Colony in Delhi for abot six years. They were caught at Delhi Haat March 15.
Gupta procured drugs from Himachal Pradesh and sold it Indians and foreigners, said Deputy Commissioner of Police Ashok Chand.
