Hyderabad, May 28: TDP Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu has said that his party would give free power to farmers for nine hours during the day time, if his party was voted to power.
Mr Naidu said free power would be included in the manifesto of his party. He also said that a separate budget would be created for the agriculture sector.
Stating that the 30th Mahanadu was dedicated to the farmers, he said a special committee would be set up in the Mahanadu on farmers’ problems. He demanded that the model farmers system should be immediately abolished and the Seed Bill should be introduced in Parliament.
