In a press conference held yesterday, It was announced that a free medical and cancer awareness camp would be organized at American Oncology Institute on Sunday, 6th January 2013 at 4:30 p.m. at Sana Garden Function Hall, Sardar Mahel. This camp is being organized in collaboration with Siasat Urdu Daily. It will presided over by Mr. M.M. Sousuf, President of Minority Development Forum. Mr. Zahid Ali Khan,Editor of Siasat and Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing editor of Siasat will be the guests of honour.
Mr. Yousuf told that M.D.F is struggling to solve the problems of Minorities in educational and economic fields.
He said that earlier free medical camps were organized.
Dr. M.Babaiah, Director of American Oncoloogy Institute told that cancer is becoming a fatal ailment in the entire country. This disease was checked by introducing certain medicines in the market. New machines have come into the market to diagnose it. American Institute of Oncology is helping cancer patients.
Dr. S.A.Majeed told that M.D.F. is creating awareness by organizing medical camps. These, days youths are smoking and using Ghuta etc. and it is becoming their habit, which lead o cancer. Mr. Khader Ali Khan, Advisor, MDF told people to take advantage of the health schemes started by Govt. Dr.Ayub Hydari, Vice President of MDF and Mr. M.A.Quadeer, Secretary, M.D.F were also present.
