New Delhi: Airtel is offering free Amazon Prime Membership for one year to its customers.
According to the report published in Times Now, Bharati Airtel on Friday made an announcement of the partnership with Amazon with an aim to offer free Amazon Prime Membership for one year to its postpaid customers.
It may be mentioned that the cost of Amazon Prime membership is Rs. 999 per year.
However, this offer is only for the customers who subscribe to Infinity plans for Rs. 499 and above.
Under this offer, customers can enjoy watching prime videos. Prime subscribers can access exclusive deals on amazon.in. They will also get special discounts while shopping on the e-commerce website.
Steps to avail Free Amazon Prime Membership:
- Subscribe to Infinity plans for Rs. 499 and above.
- Download the Airtel TV app.
- After opening Airtel TV app, click on the special Airtel – Amazon digital card (option is available only to eligible Airtel customers).
- Sign up for Amazon Prime.
- Finally, download the Prime Video app.
Speaking about the partnership between Airtel and Amazon, Akshay Sahi, Director and Head of Amazon Prime India said that it would enable Airtel Postpaid customers to access Amazon Prime.
Sameer Batra, CEO Wynk also highlighted the benefits Airtel customers get due to the partnership between two companies.
