Four Tainted Ministers To File Spl Leave Petition In SC

Four tainted Ministers in the Jaganmohan Reddy disproportionate assets case Kanna Laxminarayna, Ponnala Laxminarayana, Dr J Geetha Reddy and Sabitha Indra Reddy have discussed today about two hours on filing a special leave petition in the Supreme Court, which had given notices to them earlier.

Speaking to the media after the meeting at Minister Dr J Geetha Reddy’s chamber in the Assembly, Kanna said that they will proceed forward and file a special leave petition. He said that the 26 G.O.s issued by them were according to the Government business rules. No leader would have remained in the Minister position since the country achieved Independence, if their actions were found fault in this way.

IAS officer Samuel and Supreme Court lawyer Joginaidu, who is close to Roads and Buildings Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao, also took part in the discussions. (NSS)
