Four killed in US shooting

New York, August 15: Four people, including two women, were killed and equal number of people injured in a shooting spree at a restaurant in the US Saturday, police said.

Keith Johnson, 25, has been charged with four counts of second-degree murder. Further charges are pending, local news website buffalonews.com reported.

The incident occurred outside the popular Main Street restaurant in the heart of the downtown Buffalo business district, where several parties, including a wedding anniversary, were being. Eight people were shot in the incident.

Sources said that Daniel Mackin, 30, who was holding a celebration on his first wedding anniversary, is among the dead.

A fight broke out inside the restaurant. A DJ turned the restaurant’s lights on and ordered everyone out and the shooting happened shortly thereafter, the website said quoting sources.
