In separate cases, four persons were killed in different road accidents in the city and its outskirts.
A 65-year-old woman died on the spot when the motorcycle on which she was the pillion rider was hit by a RTC bus near Uppal crossroads on Monday night. The deceased was later identified as P Gopalamma, a resident of Uppal.
In another case, 49-year-old P Ramulu succumbed to the injuries which he sustained when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by another bike near Rayakal Toll Gate in Shadnagar police limits on November 20. He was undergoing treatment at the Osmania General Hospital where he died on Monday night. He was an agriculturist and resident of Kothur of Mahabubnagar district.
In a different case, Harry Michael, 49, died of injuries which he suffered when the bike he was riding skidded near HDFC ATM in Osmania University police limits. He met with the accident on Monday night and on being shifted to the OGH he was declared brought dead. He was a resident of Lalapet and an employee of a private firm.
In a similar case, 38-year-old G Sreenivasa Rao of Jiyaguda succumbed to the injuries which he suffered when the motorcycle he was riding skidded in Kulsumpura police limits on November 14. He was undergoing treatment at the OGH where he died today morning. (INN)
