Four persons were killed in different road accidents in the city.
In Medchal police limits, 42-year-old Nisar Mohammed Khan suffered grievous injuries when the bike he was riding was hit and run by an unknown vehicle near his residence in Medchal on Monday night. He was immediately taken a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead on admission.
In a similar case of hit and run, an unidentified man of about 25 years age sustained serious injuries after he was hit by an unknown vehicle near Srisailam Highway on October 11. He was admitted to Osmania General Hospital where he succumbed to injuries on Tuesday, according to Pahadi Shareef police.
In another case, Sardar Qureshi, 45, died of injuries which he suffered when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by an unknown vehicle in Moinabad police limits on October 10. He was undergoing treatment at OGH where he died on Monday night. He was an agriculturist and residence of Peddamul of Ranga Reddy district, according to Moinabad police.
In a separate case, 36-year-old Md Shabbir died on the spot when the bike he was riding was hit by an unknown lorry while he was proceeding from Hyderabad to his house in Amangal of Mahabubnagar district on Monday night. Maheshwaram police are investigating the case. (INN)
