New Delhi, October 04: Four people were killed and two injured in two different accidents in south Delhi, police said Tuesday.
Rizwan, 26, and Montu, 17, both residents of Dakshinpuri in south Delhi, were killed and their friends Nitin, 18, and Ashish, 19, were injured after their bike hit a road divider on the Barapullah flyover near Sarai Kale Khan early Tuesday, police said.
All the four were travelling on one bike. After visiting Chattarpur temple near Mehrauli they were on their way to Kalkaji Temple. They lost their way and while descending from the flyover their vehicle hit the railing.
In the other accident, a speeding truck hit a bike and crushed two people to death at Okhla in south Delhi Monday night.
Ashok, 29, and Deena Nath, 32, who owned a small export house and hailed from Bihar, were going to Tehkand village in south Delhi when the truck hit their bike.
