Four passengers were arrested allegedly with fake currency estimated at Rs 6.8 lakh at Vadodara railway station today, police said.
The accused, who boarded the Ahmedabad-bound Howrah Express at Malda in West Bengal, were apprehended as soon as
they got down at Vadodara, they said.
On a tip-off, we checked their luggage and recovered counterfeit currency of Rs 6.80 lakh with face value of Rs 500
and Rs 1,000,” said RPF Inspector B N Vaghela.
