Lucknow, January 27: Four persons have been detained by the police in connection with the rape and murder of a teenaged Dalit girl here on Tuesday.
The body of the girl, a native of Malhaur area, was found behind a brick kiln.
“A panel of three doctors have been constituted for the postmortem of the victim”, a senior police official said.
