The workmen and officers working in Public Sector Banks, private sector banks and foreign banks all over the country, numbeing around ten lakhs, will observe four days All India Bank Strike from February 25 to 28, demanding ‘immediate and respectable wage revision and immediate resolution of other related issues, as per the call given by Apex Level United Forum of Bank Unions.
According to United Forum of Bank Unions State Unit convenor VVSR Sarma, All India Reserve Bank Employees Association and All India Reserve Bank Workers’ Federation have jointly decided to express solidarity by observing a day’s strike on February 25. (NSS)
