Hyderabad, January 17: Maulana Azad National Urdu University, is celebrating its 14th Foundation Day function on 18th Jan. 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at DDE Auditorium, University Campus. According to Prof. H. Khatija Begum, Registrar I/c, Prof. Mohd. Shamim Jairajpuri, Founder Vice-Chancellor, will be the Chief Guest and deliver lecture on “Woh din, woh log aur who batein”, Mr. P.A. Inamdar, President MCE Society & P.A. Inamdar Educational Trust, Pune will be the Guest of Honour. Prof. Mohammad Miyan Vice-Chancellor will preside over. The book “Qamar Rais: Aasaar-o-Ahwal” by Prof. Mohd. Zafaruddin, Proctor will also be released on the occasion. Programme will begin with recitation of verses from Holy Quran and its translation. Dr. Ameena Tahseen, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Women Education will conduct the proceedings and will also propose vote of thanks.
