AP State Haj Committee Special Officer Prof SA Shukoor has informed that the intending Haj Pilgrims for Haj 2014 may use the photo copy of the Haj Application forms if names of more than three persons have to be entered in it and there is no need of the Printed Haj forms. Photo copies can also be used for filing fresh applications.
The Haj Committee officials further said that along with the Haj Application Forms the applicants will have to submit a Solemn Declaration to the effect that the applicant has never performed Haj earlier through the Haj Committee of India. The proforma of the declaration is available in the Haj Application Form, the applicant may obtain a copy of the proforma on a plain paper and submit it after duly filling it.
