A function was held under the Chairmanship of Mr. Farooq Hussain, MLC of A.P. in London to celebrate the formation of Telangana State. Sweets were distributed. The participants thanked Ms. Sonia Gandhi for declaring separate Telangana State. Mr. Farooq Hussain welcomed formation of Telangana.
Mr. Mohd Yousuf Uddin, Mr. Faiyaz Hussain, Mr. Mazhar Ali, Mr. Aasim, Mubashir Uddin, Mr. Gampa Vanu, Mr. K. Srinivas, Mr. Narsimha Reddy participated in the function. Mr. Farooq Hussain told that dream of 60 years came true. He thanked Ms. Sonia Gandhi, Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Mr. Azad and Mr. Digvijay Singh on behalf of the Muslims of Telangana. He advised the people of Seema Andhra to cooperate and to desist issuing derogatory statements and maintain peace.
