Senior Congress leader and Vice Chairman of National Disaster Management Authority, Mr. M. Shashidhar Reddy claimed that Telangana will be formed before 1st March. A special session of Parliament will be convened to pass T-bill.
Mr. Reddy was taking to newsmen yesterday. He proposed that in order to make administration simpler, Assembly seats should be increased in both the State as has been done in Haryana, Utrakhand and other States.
