Hyderabad: Govt. of Telangana received a report for the appointment of 3252 vacancies arising consequent on the formation of 17 new districts. Addl. Principal Secretary of CMO, Ms. Shanti Kumari requested the officials to start functioning on the very first day of the formation of new districts. She had convened a meeting in Secretariat yesterday to review the situation arising out of the formation of new districts. She sought information from the officials about the number of employees required. As per the initial reports, there is need for creation of 3252 new posts. In Revenue and Police Dept. more posts are vacant.
