Hyderabad: State Excise Dept. arrested 7 persons who were involved in selling foreign liquor illegally and seized wine worth Rs. 75 lakh from their possession.
Director of Excise Enforcement, Dr. Akun Sabharwal told that Harish Singh smuggled foreign liquor containing 900 bottles from Chennai Airport and Seaport. He was arrested along with 7 other persons. They were found to violate Excise Act. of Telangana State. If convicted, they will get 10 years imprisonment.
