Hyderabad, November 16: The old mosque opposite to Akbar Yarjang shrine is very beautiful and is a splendid masterpiece of architecture. When the record of the mosque was searched in the municipal map of 1913 it was very difficult to locate it since the beautiful mosque is surrounded by bushes and there are also some graves around it. The mosque is in ward 18.
Inspite of the fact that its record is present in waqf board and municipal department this mosque has been overlooked. Sadly! despite being surrounded by 100 percent Muslim population the mosque is abandoned. Local people said that this mosque is famous as Choti (small) Moti mosque.
