Qutub Shahi mosque Balapur uninhabited
Hyderabad, October 2: The uninhabited 400 year old Qutub Shahi Masjid is situated at Balapur mandal, Saroornagar. Buffalos are tied at the mosque premises. The mosque is in very dilapidated condition and is surrounded by non Muslim population. The record of the mosque in Waqf gazette is as follows: RR/30 MASJID GAZ-6/A Date-9-2-1989 GAZ No-2674. Due to the negligence of Waqf board the mosque land is recorded very less. The mosque is situated at a short distance away from Hafiz Baba Nagar which is Muslim predominant area.
