Masjid Munshi sahib transformed into timber depot
Hyderabad, October 15: Masjid Munshi Saheb Chatrinaka which was surrounded by graveyard has been transformed into timber depot by annihilating the graves. Those who constructed the mosque would have never thought that one day the mosque premises would be transformed into timber depot. The mosque pathway has been closed and by installing several boxes in the graveyard graves are being desecrated. Though the mosque is in good condition yet it is uninhabited since 1990. Waqf board has not taken any initiative to take possession of the mosque and windup the wood factory. While it has the record of the mosque as follows Mosque munshi shab, chatrinaka, ward-18, Gaz no.20-A, gaz date 16-05-1985.
