The openings of fifty centers from 2 October for providing Food in Five rupees yet not started.
Initially the GHMC has started the scheme at 3 centers and has stretched this scheme to 10 centers.
On the proper work maintenance on these 10 centers the GHMC has planned to start this scheme on more fifty centers from 02 October. According to the GHMC Officers, they have decided the centers for this scheme, but they are not aware of the delay in the scheme.
There are many promise made by GHMC, but on investigation it came to light that not even 50% of schemes are fulfill by GHMC.
There are only 10 centers are running under GHMC for this scheme after so many announcements has made on food for five rupee scheme , its showing that GHMC Officers has no interest in providing such scheme.
W hen the GHMC Officers are asked by the elected people , they are delaying the talk by saying that all GHMC workers are busy in the preparation of 11th Metro Poles world Congress and that’s the reason they have not able to concentrate on it. Moreover it was said that the GHMC started this scheme with NGO’s, after taking to them only they can tell about this scheme.
The officers said they are satisfied with the centers run by the GHMC, but they are not ready to give details on the scheme elongation.
