Deoband, March 25: Shaikh Abdur Rahman Al-Sudais, the Imam of Haram in Makkah today called upon the Muslim community to take the modern education as seriously as they take religious one.
“Its only the modern education through which a community can progress,” Al-Sudais said.
Imam of the holy Makkah mosque and Saudi religious scholar Al-Sudais is on a visit to the country and he was delivering a lecture today in Rashidiya mosque of the town.
“This is responsibility of the religious leaders to spread the message of peace in the world so that this violence could cease,” said the scholar.
