New Delhi: It was a foggy Wednesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 6.5 degrees Celsius, a notches below the season’s average, an official said.
There was dense fog in the morning, and shallow to moderate fog will be seen at many places throughout the day,” an official from the India Meteorological Department said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 20.4 degrees Celsius, the official said.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 97 percent.
Tuesdays maximum temperature settled at 20 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at six degrees Celsius, two notches below the season’s average.
