New Delhi: It was a cold and foggy morning in the national capital, with the air quality in the ‘poor’ category.
The India Meteorological Department said the sky will remain clear and the minimum temperature was recorded at 8 degrees Celsius, while the maximum will hovering around 20 degrees.
At least 11 Delhi-bound trains were delayed by up to four hours due to fog conditions prevailing over northern India.
The air quality index was recorded at 215. Deterioration of the air quality to the lower end of the ‘very poor’ category is forecast for Sunday, the SAFAR said.
