Telangana State Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today exhorted the Zilla Parishat Chairmen and Chairpersons to put in persistent efforts to rebuild the Telangana State to witness growth on fast pace.
Addressing a meeting of newly elected MPP Chiefs and ZP Chiefs at his Camp Office here on Sunday, KCR made it clear that all leaders from the rural level to the State level should work in unison to ensure that it will achieve its goal of transforming into a Golden Telangana. The Chief Minister stressed the need for working together to ensure that the state witness welfare and development simultaneously by keeping all the manifesto promises. From Sarpanch to Chief Minister level all the leaders have to work to address the grievances of people and give them confidence that the TRS Government is with them. We have to cater to the needs and meet the expectations of the people, KCR stated. KCR also directed the leaders to be cautious while taking up welfare schemes and developmental programs and extend total cooperation in this regard. Since welfare and development are two key issues, we must focus on them KCR stated. (NSS)
