The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Authorities at Shamshabad has delayed operating the flights from here to other cities due to inclement weather conditions. The flights arriving here were also delayed due to the same reason. Sources said the flights which had not left the airport included those on Hyderabad- Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam-Hyderabad, Mumbai-Hyderabad and Hyderabad-Delhi routes forcing the passengers to get stranded at the airport. The sources also said as soon as the weather conditions improve the flights would be operated. The Tirupati-Rajahmundry-Hyderabad flight was running behind schedule, the sources added. UNI
