Job Description
The Flash Designer will work with the Instructional Designers and Programmers to create custom graphics, and animations that align with storyboards. The Flash Designer who can create highly engaging interactivities for a diverse array of media, including desktop and mobile devices.
As a Flash Designer, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with the Instructional Designing and programming team, aiding with the creation of visuals based on storyboards, then bringing them to life and delivering innovative e-learning content that seamlessly integrates with our e-learning solutions.
This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Map Instructional Designers storyboards key scenes in graphical formats
Draw and animate graphics for highly interactive e-learning activities
Bring life to e-learning coursewares
Apply User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles for courseware creation
Keeping abreast of advancements in graphics as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in multimedia to deliver cutting edge work
Integrate appropriate sound effects and voiceovers to e-learning courseware for greater aesthetic appeal

UG: B.Sc – Any Specialization, Diploma – Graphic/ Web Designing, Visual Arts, Fashion Designing/Other Designing
PG:Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
The ideal Flash Designer will have the following:
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in developing e-learning courseware
Experience with Adobe packages, including Adobe Edge Animator, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Indesign
Experience in drawing and 2D animation
Good character-drawing skills
Versatile in the style of characters created
Ability to function as a creative self-starter and to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization
Experience using Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Premiere and any other 3D softwares is a plus
Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript will be added advantage
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skill
