Five killed in Pakistan drone strike

At least five suspected militants were killed and three others injured Sunday when a US drone fired missiles at a hideout in Pakistan’s northwest tribal region, Geo News reported.

The strike took place in Wana area of Barmal in South Waziristan along the border with Afghanistan.

The drone fired four missiles at a house, killing five residents and injuring three.

The house was completely razed to the ground.

Sources said there were still four drones hovering over the area.
