Following direction from the Supreme Court the five accused allegedly
involved in the MIM Chandryangutta Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case surrendered before the Nampally court this morning.
Hasan Bin Omer Yafai aka Hasan Pahelwan (Accused No2), Abdullah Bin Younus Yafai (Accused No.3), Awadh Yafai (Accused No.5), Afif yafai (Accused No.7) and Saif (Accused No.14) whose bails were cancelled by the Supreme Court on October 5 surrendered themselves before the court.
The surrendered accuseds were later shifted to Cherlapally central prison under judicial custody.
Earlier a double bench of Apex court comprising Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar and Justice B S Chauhan, dismissed the Special Leave petition filed by Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai aka Mohammed Pahelwan, seeking relief in the Cancellation of bail by the A.P.High court.
The court while dismissing the SLP, also seaside the AP High Court order in which bails were granted to the other accused.
