Hyderabad, May 02: Five persons allegedly involved in the shoot at on MIM Floor Leader Akbaruddin Owaisi surrendered before the Commissioner’s task Force south zone this afternoon. The number of accused persons has in police custody has gone upto seven as Mohammed Pahelwan and his younger brother Hasan Pahelwan were picked up on the day of attack. The accused persons gave up after the task force intensified the hunt for apprehending them.
According to the sources the surrendered accused persons have been identified as Mohammed Bin Salem Wahlan, Isa Al-Yafayee, Yahya Al-Yafayee, Fazal Bin Mohammed and Faisal Yafai all close relatives of the prime suspect Mohhamed Pahelwan.
The FIR of the attack case shows Mohammed Bin Salem Wahlan as the accused No.1 while there is no mention of Mohhamed Pahelwan. The sleuths of Central Crime Station are believed to have recorded the confessional statements of the accused. The Commissioner of Police A.K Khan is supervising the investigation.
