The administration of fish medicine for Asthma patients peacefully concluded at Exhibition Grounds in Nampally on Thursday.
According to Hyderabad District Collector Rahul Bojja, the Fisheries Department has sold 63,600 Murrel fishes @ Rs. 15 each to the Asthma patients. He said patients from across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Karnataka were administered fish medicine on 8th and 9th June. He thanked the officials of Revenue, Police, R&B, Water Works, GHMC, Fisheries and other departments for their active cooperation in the successful conduct of the event.
The Hyderabad District Collector also thanked the NGOs who arranged free food and water for the visiting patients. (INN)
