Hyderabad: Jameel Fatima Zeba, the first IAS of Telangana, who secured 62nd rank in Civil Service exam conducted by UPSC was felicitated by Centre for Educational Development of Minorities (CEDM). Advisor to Telangana Government on Minority Affairs Mr A K Khan IPS monitored the function.
The programme was attended by Mr Shahnawaz Qasim, IPS Director Minority Welfare Department Telangana government, Mr M A Waheed IFS (retd), VC and MDTSMFC, Dr Syed Israr Ahmed project office CEDM, Mr Habibullah Khan (father of Jameel Fatima Zeba), Mr Zafar Javeed, Mr Ayyub Ali Khan, Mr K M Arifuddin, Mr Fakhruddin Mohammed and Mr Abdul Lateef.
Mr A K Khan in his presidential address congratulated Jameel Fatima Zeba and said that Zeba has set an example for the young generation.
