Osmania University Students’ Joint Action Committee has demanded that the YSR Congress party to clear its stand on Telangana issue.
The Students’ JAC burnt an effigy of YSR Congress party honorary president YS Vijayamma before the Arts College, Osmania University demanding to reveal her party’s stand on Telangana issue. The JAC also said that Vijayamma should observe her fast in support of handloom weavers in Sircilla town on July 23 only after announcing her stand on Telangana issue.
The OU Students JAC also said that Vijayamma, who has failed to make her party stand clear on Telangana issue, has no right to take up Deeksha in Sircilla. (NSS)
