Hyderabad: Ranga Reddy District Court granted anticipatory bail to Zubair and his companions who had fled away after the incident of firing at realtor Mustafa.
Police teams were sent to Karnataka and Maharashtra for searching them but they could not find.
It may be mentioned that Zubair had filed a petition on 20th November at Ranga Reddy District Court for the grant of anticipatory bail. The court had scheduled the hearing of the case for 27th November. The court granted anticipatory bail to Zubair and his companions and issued orders to Mailardevpally Police.
It may be noted that after the firing incident, police had registered cases of attempt to murder and violation of Indian Arms Act and had started investigations.
