After more than one-month, South Central Circle Railway Safety Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Singh today said the fire in New Delhi-Chennai Tamil Nadu Express near Nellore on July 30 was caused due to accidental igniting of crackers being carried in the S-11 coach of the train. Mr Singh conducted statutory inquiry into the fire in which 30 passengers were killed.
Six passengers sustained grevious injuries and 22 suffered simple injuries, an official release said here. UNI
