Hyderabad, June 23: On the occasion of the Foundation Day of Jamiat-Ul-Mominath, a colloquium of Islamic Jurisprudence is being organized under the stewardship of Dr. Rizwana Zarrin, Principal of the institute. Ms. Fareeda Bano, Ms. Siddiqua Begum, Ms. Zakaria Begum & Ms. Akhtar Begum will participate as quests of honour.
In this colloquium, issues like ‘Nikah’ (Marriage), Khula (Divorce taken on wife’s initiative), Talaaq (Divorce) issues relating to business transactions, Interest, leasing, Wakf issues, Shifaa (Pre-emption), Meeras (Inheritance) Zibah (Slaughtering) Qurbani (Sacrifice) Aqeeqa (Tonsure) Qazaat (Judiciary) issues relating to Ghasab (Usurpation) Wasiyat (Will) Taharath (Cleanliness / Ablution), issues relating to Water, Salaath (Prayer) Wuzu (Ablution), Ghusul (Bathing), Tayammum (Dry Ablution) Roza (Fasting), Haj (Pilgrimage to Makka) and other modern issues will be discussed in the light of the Quran and traditions (Ahadith). The scholars of the institute will respond to the questions.
