New Delhi, September 28A 22-year-old fine arts student was today beaten to death allegedly by three former students outside the Jamia Millia Islamia University, police said.
The incident took place outside the university campus in south Delhi at around 3:30pm, a senior police official said.
Shahrukh, a second year student, had an argument with three former students who allegedly used iron rods to beat him up, the official said.
Shahrukh was badly injured and rushed to Holy Family Hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Doctors said his vital organs were badly damaged in the incident.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
