Facebook has added a new feature, ‘Nearby Friends’, that allows users to find out their friends that are in close proximity to them.
According to Cnet, the social networking site has reportedly taken another step to grab people’s attention and further engage them with this new feature.
This new feature offers users a direct connection allowing them to share their locations.
Andrea Vacarri, Nearby Friends’ product manager said the feature will only show approximate locations, until the user chose otherwise.
This new feature also enhances the security by letting users know about the location of their loved ones. (ANI)
